NOY Residence is a multi-apartment residential complex in Yerevan's Malatia-Sebastia district at 23/23 Kirk Kerkorian Street. Older sources use the former street name, Leningradyan.
Published project description
The MyHome/Ameriabank project page describes the development as three 16-storey buildings. The same source highlights naturally lit apartments, views in the direction of Yerevan Park and the Sports and Concert Complex, and a range of common facilities.
The address changed name
On 23 October 2025, the Yerevan Council of Elders renamed Leningradyan Street after Kirk Kerkorian. This website therefore uses the new street name as the primary address while retaining the old name for searchability and historical documents.
Why this website exists
The purpose of this platform is not to reproduce a sales page. It collects public, dated and as far as possible verifiable information about the project, with the aim of remaining useful after construction as the complex moves into operation and everyday residential life.
