noyresidence.am is an independent information platform about the NOY Residence residential complex and is not the official website of Noy Residence LLC unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Source priority

1. Official government and municipal recordsfor legal, address and procedural facts.
2. Norakaruyc as the main project-structure referencefor buildings, the project-wide apartment range, room counts and core project specifications.
3. Developer publications and social channelsfor first-party announcements, contact information and project material.
4. MyHome/Ameriabank and other specialist platformsfor additional technical information, dated construction entries and cross-checking.
5. Sales listings and third-party cataloguesused only as supplementary context and photo-gallery sources, not as final official confirmation.

When sources disagree

Differences are not hidden. For example, Norakaruyc and Novostroiki-Yerevan point to May 2027, while the current MyHome page shows 06/2028. The website explains the difference and does not present either date as a guaranteed handover date.

Gallery sources

The gallery uses the project image published on the NOY Residence social profile, the public NOY Residence image on Novostroiki-Yerevan, and photographs published in an Estate.am listing at 23/23 Kirk Kerkorian Street. The gallery does not use newly invented or AI-generated project imagery. Every third-party item links directly to its original source.
