Information about NOY Residence in one place, in three languages and with clearly identified sources.
noyresidence.am has been created as an open information platform for residents, owners and people interested in the NOY Residence complex. Armenian is the primary language, with the main content also available in English and Russian.
The website is not presented as the official developer website. Instead, important facts are connected to published sources wherever possible and conflicting information is stated openly.
The first version includes key project facts, a public construction timeline, apartment and facility information, documents, location and contact pages.
