Leningradyan Street renamed after Kirk Kerkorian
A Yerevan Council decision dated 23 October 2025 changed the street name used for the NOY Residence address.
By decision N 438-N dated 23 October 2025, the Yerevan Council of Elders renamed Leningradyan Street after philanthropist Kirk Kerkorian. The decision concerns the street running through the Ajapnyak and Malatia-Sebastia districts.
The NOY Residence address is therefore shown on this website as 23/23 Kirk Kerkorian Street. Older documents and publications may continue to use “23/23 Leningradyan Street”.
