Environmental public-review notice for NOY Residence published in 2024
The Armenian Ministry of Environment published a public-review notice for the project at Leningradyan 27/9 and 23/23.
On 20.03.2024, the Armenian Ministry of Environment published a public-review notice concerning the preliminary environmental assessment application submitted by Noy Residence LLC for the planned multi-apartment residential complex at Leningradyan 27/9 and 23/23 in Yerevan.
The notice stated that the public discussion was scheduled for 2 April 2024 at the office of the head of the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district.
